I am planning on returning to Nepal the end of October ( Halloween?) ... still have some important work to finish up over there!
So to that end I am having 2 events:
A big Fundraiser Garage Sale on Whidbey Island in Coupeville October 10th, 11th and 12th
and a Holiday Nepali Bazaar at my home in Port OrchardOctober 16th - 19th!
You are all invited to either or both.10 am-6 pm all days but Sundays 1-5pm
Please bring lots of friends and tell everyone you know! Free prize for everyone that brings a friend!
We are praying for $4000 or more so I can complete level 2 of the new building finishing the training center and hopefully opening the doors for training!
I also have an appointment on Tuesday the 7th to meet with the head of a store in Pikes Market called "Ventures" who are interested in carrying some of our product line in their store. They seem very excited on the phone about Dare to Care and our concept. Pray they will be as interested in person and seal a deal. They would consign our products!
Thanks for your faithful interest and ongoing support! You have been a constant encouragement to me and I want to thank all of you who have invested in these impoverished Nepali women for believing in them and helping give them not just a hand out but a hand up. They are soooooo excited to think people in America like what they make! It really boosts their self esteem and creativity not to mention gives them added financial blessings through the labor and earnings. You have blessed them more than you realize!
I look forward to seeing you at hopefully at one of these 2 upcoming events! Shop early for best selection and think how great it will feel to be ahead of the Christmas shopping fiasco! And all while supporting a life changing cause!
